Cancellation & refunds

This policy applies to all class bookings made with [Registered business name] (Brightsyde Advertising School).

Cancellation by you

The class fee of ₹99 is non-refundable once paid. If you cannot attend, write to infobrightsyde@gmail.com before the class starts and we will try to move your seat to a future session where one is available.

Cancellation or rescheduling by us

If we cancel the class, you will get a full refund of ₹99. If we reschedule it, you can attend the new date or ask for a full refund.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID. We will refund the extra or failed amount in full.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within [7] working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more working days to credit it.
