These terms apply when you visit this website or book a class with Brightsyde Advertising School, operated by [Registered business name] ("Brightsyde", "we", "us"). By paying for a class, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide live online training classes. The AI Content Creation Live Class is a 1-hour live online class held on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, from 8 pm to 9 pm IST.

2. Fees and payment

The class fee is ₹99 per person, shown on the class page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

3. Booking confirmation

Your seat is confirmed once your payment succeeds. We send the joining details to the email address or phone number you give at checkout.

4. Joining the class

You need a device and a working internet connection to attend. The joining link is for your personal use only. Please do not share it.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & refunds policy.

6. Changes to the class

We may reschedule the class or change the mentor for reasons beyond our control. If we do, we will inform you by email or phone before the class.

7. Content and intellectual property

All class material belongs to Brightsyde or its mentors. You may not record, copy, resell or redistribute the class or its material without written permission.

8. Conduct

We may remove anyone who disrupts the class or behaves abusively, without a refund.

9. Limitation of liability

The class is educational. We do not guarantee any specific income, follower count or business result from what you learn. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City for jurisdiction, e.g. Kochi], Kerala have jurisdiction.
